How people are giving it so good review, it is the worst ever weighted best i have used. The velcro strap easily starts detaching after a week of use. Now I am regretting after a week. Go for decathlon weighted vest. That is much better and 600 rs economical

Does what it's supposed to do, i.e. it makes certain exercises more intense by raising the difficulty level. I use it to aid in the following exercises: pull-ups, push-ups, squats, calf raises, jumping jacks, etc.

Strap of the product is very delicate, it torn on the second day after the purchase

Great and comfortable for use but , Velcro support will deteriorate after 1 month , best have a spare Velcro and fevi quick glue to tape over the old Velcro that comes over with the vest after is starts to fail.

I've noticed drastic change in my physique with in two weeks of using it. People arround me started pointing out the changes very quick. Even I feel more balanced in muscle strength.

this vest is amazing, may it be the fit, the weight management, anything. after wearing it, it really pushes one's boundaries to the limit, may it be walking, jogging, body weight workout etc. i will recommend this to all fitness fanatics.

This jacket fits well due to the flexible design and double Velcro straps.Value for money

Been using it for a week, Loved it. You need to adjust the straps to get a perfect fitting otherwise it might hurt your back.
