TwinLab - Super B-Complex, 8 fl oz Liquid

My friend doctor said this is the best way to keep Vitamin B levels up. It smells and tastes nasty but as long as my levels are up, I'm all in. The liquid makes it easier to digest. The only thing I wish this came in a larger bottle. (Or if it does I missed it).PROS:Quick digestion to get into the blood streamCONS:Tastes awful (you can mix it with juice to make this easier to tolerate)Smells awful

I put it in my morning smoothie. It has a very "vitamin-y" taste, and sometimes I will get an aftertaste in my mouth from this. It's a good way to get my extra B vitamins, though, and those are supposedly very important for nerves (I have an atypical neuralgia that I am dealing with). The B12 is not the form that is most easily utilized by the body, but I use another B12 supplement in addition to this product. For people who want a complete B complex vitamin, you may want to look for one that contains methylcobalamin instead of cyanocobaliamin.

Since I can not absorb pill forms on Vitamin B I tried this product. Now both my husband and I are taking this every morning in a glass of prune juice because the prune juice masks the B flavor. If you get it on your skin the B smell lingers so I use a paper towel to hold the bottle when pouring and I wipe the bottle for any drips. I just bought a bottle for my 84 year old mom to take to help with her energy and memory among other things.

After a recent surgery that left me unable to swallow most pills, my nutritionist told me that I need to take vitamin B Complex and recommended TwinLab Super B Complex in liquid form. I wish I could write a positive review, but I can't. The liquid TwinLab Super B-Complex smells and tastes absolutely HORRIBLE. It smells SO bad that I have to take it in my bathroom because if I take it in my room, the smell lingers and makes me nauseous. The taste is so awful, it is the only vitamin I have to take (amongst many) that I dread taking. In a desperate attempt to minimize/eliminate the unpleasant taste as much as possible, I throw it in my mouth and quickly take a gulp of my flavored water....but unfortunately I can still taste and smell this nasty liquid. The smell and taste are so nauseating that after quickly swigging down my daily dose I hold my breath and quickly screw the top back on and clean out my little measuring cup. I continue to take it, but I am hoping to find a replacement that isn't so repulsive.

I love twinlab super b complex. It gives me energy throughout the day and believe me, I'm always tired. It has a strong taste but not disgusting and my urine is florescent yellow. I know it's running through me. I wish twinlab would sell this product in more places like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, target...I don't see it at the vitamin shoppe anymore and searched to find it at Amazon. Great product!

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST B-COMPLEX LIQUID I HAVE EVER BOUGHT. VERY POTENT AND WORKS GREAT. THE TASTE IS AWFUL, TASTE LIKE BABY VITAMINS BUT IF ANYONE IS FAMILIAR WITH B COMPLEX THEY KNOW HOW BAD IT TASTE. I HAVE PURCHASED THIS SEVERAL TIMES.

Twinlab is one of the few reputable vitamin companiesI know. I have researched vitamin companies for years.This is the first B -complex vitamin I have been able to take, ,all the others have made me sick to my stomache .Love this product and this company!

I've seen people say that this product tastes gross. I will admit, the first time I took it, I was not crazy about the taste, but now I love it. I don't mind the taste at all and I think it is a great product.
