Good product, helped my Jeep transmission.
Seemed to help with my Jeep TJ 5 speed transmission. Had problems with shifting into 4th gear. This product helped to smooth that some but didn't totally fix the problem. I believe that the transmission is damaged so i don't think any product would really fix it.

Secret sauce for manual transmissions
MT90 is my secret sauce for manual transmission lubricant. I've used this in street applications and racing applications, and in everything from a 1960's Mopar 4-speed to a 1980's BMW 5-speed. It has quieted down whining transmissions, handles heat very well and continues to provide quick, smooth shifting. It's not cheap but neither is replacing synchros if you decide to cheap out on oil.

94 shifting nicely again
1994 Eurovan 5 speed shifting as it should again. Shipping speed wss good. Packaging was good. It was bit pricey but there are cheaper alternatives. You get what you pay for.
