Mann-Filter FC 301 Car Air Purifier (1000 g)

One of the best car Air Purifier and its worth value for money.The reason why this product is best is the brand that has 75 years of experience in filtration, with german quality and has in built Air quality sensor with indicator of air quality, with 3 levels of fan speed control and auto off after 2 hours of running. The fan noise is negligible. Also consumes only 5w of power which is very less. This air purifier has CADR (CLean air delivery rater)* of 25.5 m3/h which is faster than others.After first time usage in car: Turned on it shows Amber initially and after 5 min the air quality indicator turned green. i could not see any odor smell during the device was ON.27-Jan-2018 update# works very well. I see that once the indicator turns green it turns back to yellow or red it's because we turn ON A.C. in the car and air is pulled into car cabin from outside so air quality keeps changing everywhere and thus this purifier indicates the air quality at that moment.

This is a beautiful product. Like German cars, it has some real thoughtful touches.1. A CADR of 25.5. My old purifier had 7. Philips has 14.Now even with this CADR and my cabin filter being charcoal + a 3m filterate on it does not guarantee GREEN all the time.This makes the other products utter garbage in New Delhi.2. Fast USB port. Rear passengers can charge a phone. I think it's around 2amp speed.3. Auto ON to Max fan speed as default. Fit it and forget it.And it's just beautiful to look at.Now the reason for 4 stars:I ordered 2 units. 1 of them has a loose charger & loose screw inside. No replacement option just refund. NO AFTER SALES SUPPORT. Sent an email with invoice attached to Mann.Filter availability. Not listed on Amazon. But available on other sites. Might stock up, but if one or both of them pack up, I think I'll have to throw them. Don't see any after sales here.Works Fab in polo with 1 person.Works sad in creta with 4 people (and 3m filterate on cabin filter).EDIT: Bought one more since one purifier is not enough for one car in traffic. Even with recirculate on and a 3m filterate on the cabin filter. Hopefully a combined CADR of 50 should be more than what's required.

Using it for over 10 months now; could not tell if its actually purifying air or not; The air quality indicator seems to change based on time and not the actual quality which makes its operation quite suspecious.Thought it could be my unit and ordered replacement, it had the same issue, was using it since i crossed my return window from jan 2017.It seems to claim an industry leading cadr of 25 which other purifiers lack, which doesn seem to be true.All of this happened in a Ritz with windows rolled up 100% of the times in Chennai, except for tolls.Not worth at this pricepoint.

Product is very good. The best in class filter for our car. The adapter provided was very long. 3m tape and belt provided keeps the device in place on jerkings. The product is definitely required for polluted indian metropolitan cities and for those who spend an hour or more daily inside car for travelling. Helps my child breathe safe. Windows must be closed for the device to works. Just one con - after sales service...very poor. No customer support. Company frecious care is dissolved i guess. So the availability of filters is a doubt. However i ordered a filter from the website genuineparts.in and to my surprise they had the stock. Thanks to website and the owner - Atishay to provide me with quick support. Its a genuine website for buying filters for this product. They don't accept cod so i had difficulty trusting them but after i received my order i was very happy and satisfied. So people can buy this air purifier without 2nd thoughts. The climate is going to be even worse with time.

It's ok but immediately it showing green symbol but still the car is smells bad.. it's take long time to clear up, good for long drives only local drive it is not much use full.

The performance of the car air purifier is felt immediately upon activation. Has a simple indicator to let one know if the air is getting better or not. The best part of course, is that it has an USB port on the device and therefore supports in charging other devices. I have placed the car air purifier on the tray at the back and helps the back seat passengers to charge their devices. Hence my 5 star rating.

Good filter, not sure what difference it makes when on but anyways I keep it on when running AC. Now need to hardwire this to the car with a switch as it takes the 12v socket away. I got it for 1045 and now the replacement filter is also the same price. I guess I was lucky to get the air filter at that price.

So I bought this for my newly bought S-cross.I live in a tier 2 city and although there is not a lot of pollution i still wear a mask and have an airpurifier at home.So decided to buy one for my car.This does it's job and is value for money at 1050rs.You can definitely feel the difference after installing this in your car.Not a necessity but does make a difference!!Would definitely recommend if your budget recommends 👍
