Update after one and half year UPS is not able to handle load of 65 inches TV. Set top box and audio system works. But if TV is connected then UPS trips. --------------------------------------------------- I have been using this inverter for 10 days but quite satisfied with it. Let me tell you why. Why I wanted an inverter? The place where I stay has power backup with a diesel generator and it supplies electricity for entire home except 15 A sockets. But generator needs to be switched on manually. So for few minutes there is no power supply. What equipments needed back up? I have a 65" tv which requires 180 W of power input. There is wifi extender which requires minimal power and my home theater system which needs 380 mA of input. So I was looking for an inverter which can provide back up for at least 5-10 mins. Why this inverter? Product details mentions that it will work for wifi router which requires minimal power and some inverters shut down when load requirement is very low. My wifi extender is working very well so far even though TV and audio system is switched off. For main wifi router I am using resonate UPS for four years and no problem so far. Inverter is reasonably priced. At this point I can not say how much power back up it can provide since I am using it for 10 days only. But for me power back up of 5 mins is sufficient. Will update the review after few weeks.

The product is of good quality. I got value for the money I spent to buy it. This is now nearly 18 months old and there is no damage. But the battery does not privide back up for more than 10 mins during power cuts. I have removed the loads, namely wifi & laptop only, charged whole night for 8 hours more or less. However, the back up does not last beyond 10 minutes. My only loads are the laptop & wifi router/modem. The customer support number goes unanswered forever.

The product was received with cosmetic damage, and unfortunately there was no easy return option—I was expected to courier it back, which is quite inconvenient. When I tried using the product, it did not work at all. I raised the issue with Amazon, and although I was informed that a replacement unit would be sent, this never happened. Eventually, the amount was reimbursed. Please check the return policy carefully before purchasing, as you may need to go through a cumbersome process if the product arrives defective.

I have used it for 3 years now with my office computer plus router and plus charger. Didn't face any issue. If you want a backup of 5-10mins for PC then go for it. For router it will give you an hour or more.

I got the product in my hand with in 2 days after the purchase. I got the product for rs.2250. I have added the product in the cart for more than 1 month.at that time the price was 2350. I was frequently checked the price,one day I found that the product price is 2299 and also a 50rs coupon is also there. So I immediately purchased the product. About the product it is a nice product and operation is easy. One touch on and off is the best part and it make beep sound when we on the device. The device should charge for min 4 hrs before first use (mentioned on manual) Now it is only one 1 week after the purchase. So I will update more about the backup and all about the product after few days. I have registered the warranty also on artis site and 1 got 2 year warranty and to my surprise they have provided me extra 4 months warranty at free of cost. 👍

I would say it is average product within year battery died no backup at all

The UPS is of good quality, but I felt the price is a bit on the higher side. Other than that, I haven't encountered any issues so far.

It’s been 2 years, and the product still works—but only for about 10 minutes. After that, it shuts everything down. Honestly, I had already expected this limitation from the product. Still, it’s helpful, as it gives me those few minutes to shut down my computer properly and save my documents before a sudden shutdown. At least it gives me some time to act on it.
