Lightweight and Handy, But Requires Caution: Best for Occasional Light Use
The Parasnath 5-step ladder is a light, well-finished, and stable tool suitable for occasional, light DIY work. However, the reviewer issues a crucial safety caution: standing on the top steps is unsafe without a partner holding the legs. The stability needs improvement, preferably with metal foot caps instead of plastic. Furthermore, the paint is showing signs of early deterioration. Due to the balance of lightweight design and significant stability concerns, the value is rated Neutral, and the ladder is recommended only with extreme caution and partner support.

Pros: The product is compatively light and seems sturdy when new (i have just got it) the knee guard is good and one will feel stable on higher steps. 2 nuts are provided as spare Cons: the product seems to be manufacturing well but not quality checked, and the customer experience can be made better with slight adjustments. The product is spray painted after assembly for touchup and you can see the spray on the plastic covering the steps. There are scrathmarks left uncovered even after this process. The steps have a accentuated 🔴 fixed on them which donot properly for as the hole in the steps are not well cut out and they stick out on a flat surface. Would have been better if a set of nut and bolt was providedas spare instead of 2 nuts .

Good quality product
Was looking for a sturdy ladder for heavy duty. Have been searching a lot and finally zeroed in on this item. It turned out to be a satisfactory purchase. What I like are the build quality, price for a 5 step ladder, and the ability to easily carrying 80 kg plus weight. And what I don't like are the plastic bushes at the end that are crucial for the overall balance are rather narrow than what is required for such a heavy ladder!
