I’ve not star ratings for ‘warmth’ or ‘thickness’ for obvious reasons and it does make me question who sets the star ratings lolProduct does exactly what it says it does. Cleans and adds waterproofing. The only thing I have to disagree with is that it states tumble dry or drying in an airing cupboard or iron once dry. My waterproof coats are not suitable for tumble dry or ironing and I don’t have an airing cupboard so they were hung up over the Bath overnight. Fabulous

I have a bright blue waterproof coat which is again bright and clean. I followed the instructions to the letter and finished with a tumble dry as advised. I was out in heavy rain yesterday and some of the coat repelled water and other parts didn't, so it seems expensive for something that might not work evenly although I did everything as described.

A total waste of money for me, have to use loads to wash 1 item I find the cheaper one called wash tech much better value, I get mine in the local mole valley. Fraction of the cost

I have used this product on 2 different jackets. Both came out of the machine lovely and clean . I tumble dried the jackets on a setting for delicate clothing and then finished the drying in the hotpress over night. Both jackets look like there are brand new and more important they a waterproof.

This is my second bottle, it does re-proof your coats and trousers we use after mtb biking, (i put in washer on a cold cycle and no detergent)Would have given 5 stars but its quiet expensive, 😳

Dont waste your money on this product, used it to reproof my outdoor coats, followed instructions and wash cycle recommendations, but when I went out on a rainy morning my coat wasn't waterproof and got drenched.

So easy to use. Old waxed Four Seasons coat came up shiny and fresh, and totally waterproof again. It really does look as good as new.

Great waterproof wash for coats and trousers. Coats seemed just as waterproof after being washed in this.
