Very Good System for the Price
Got this to replace my existing Q-See system I've had for five years. I like the HD system. Pitcher quality is a lot better than my old system. I used the same cables I had in place. Cooling fan is slightly louder then the old system, but I have it In a location where that does not matter.

DON'T COUNT ON WARRANTY
No warranty stay clear. I had a bad camera out of the box, too bad is all I got.

No longer in business
About 2 years ago, Q-See closed up shop so no more support. They also shut down the Q-See DDNS service and unfortunately the system doesn't allow the built-in options for DDNS services to be changed. That complicates remote access for systems that had DDNS configured. In their better days, Q-See had a decent product line with decent support.

BUYER BEWARE
We’ve had these cameras for years. With the Apple iOS update to 11 , Q-See knee, we have lost connection to,all cameras except for the smartphone.Various emails, chats and emails have gone unanswered. Cant get through on technical line. I pretended I wanted to buy the system and the sales department you can talk to but the guy lied about somebody calling me back early in the week.We’re looking into other cameras and better technical service which Q-See had before moving, from what I’ve read on blogs online, moving the technical support to India.

Unusable system
We cannot bring images up on any device. Cannot reach anyone for assistance. Junking the system.
