You really have to dig around up there to get it to cut
No way to be delicate really but I bought this to deal with nose hair. It's not like a wilderness up there but I do have some hairs which I want to keep under control, and although this works, you really have to move this around a lot and for quite some time for it to trim the hairs, it's nothing like as effective as a set of proper clippers are on your beard or hair for example. It gets the job done eventually but it takes more time than it should.
