Creamy gel, smart packaging.
Bought this because I can't see without my glasses and don't like to wear contact lenses very often. Putting on eyeliner with an eyeliner pencil is very difficult for me. This was a great purchase: the gel is creamy and goes on easily. The included brush is just the right size for application and comes with a cover so the gel doesn't stain anything when the brush is not in use. Though not smudge proof, it does what I need it to, thus my rating.
