Brilliant Product
Great value for money and so easy to fit onto the wall. I think it looks great and is sturdy, it is stainless steel so should always look brand new!

The item is spot on, it's for my new bungalow, but i have one issue, it said the package was handed to the resident, but it wasn't, it was shoved through the letterbox.

Lovely towel holder at a good price, fit easily and seems solid!

You need good eyesight, a ton of patience, and three hands for this. Would not recommend.
Though the product looks ok, it comes with one of these silly, tiny side screw fixings and an Allen key to secure it to the base plate. The hole for the key is much too near the wall so the L shaped Allen key does not turn all the way round. You need about three hands. If you don't have these, you need one to hold the ring on to the base plate, one to hold the Allen key, then the screw promptly drops out. I gave up and bought one from John Lewis that I was able to secure first time. This one is not worth the exasperation. I even tried superglueing it to the base plate but the ring part was too heavy and it just fell apart,
