When I picked this item, Digitial Nutritional Scale, to provide a review I thought it was going to be an easy one to complete. After taking the scale out of it’s box, I could not believe how beautiful it was. I was holding a beautiful high gloss black digital nutritional scale. It is just a little smaller than my iPad Pro but twice as heavy. When I turned it on I expected it to look a little like my scales I purchased during a sale at one of our local big box stores. I spent six hours trying to figure out how to make this scale work. Don’t let that trouble you. In my twenties, (I’m turning 74 in a few days. This info is for a point of reference). I was a cook, then worked my way up to sous chef. The scales we used were spring scales. You had to zero them out each time you needed an accurate weight. They had a large oblong type bowl sitting on top. On the face we’re printed numbers. When you put your item on top of the scale, you looked where the arrow stopped and that’s how much you item weighed - Give or take an ounce or two. At first, I did not find any instructions. I went to the corner of my room where I threw the box. I picked up the box and saw a small booklet printed on cheap newsprint like paper. I read that booklet several times. Flipping through this booklet I realized nothing in this booklet provided me instruction that made no sense. I gave up and a went to bed. In the morning, I began looking at other digital nutritional scales. There was a similarity in several of the nutritional scales. I finally found an individual on a Social Media apps I use, who knew how to use these nutritional scales. He said he could give me a brief 15 minutes of his time. He asked me if the scales came with an app? He said, first thing I needed to do was download the app veSync. Once downloaded I was able to register my scales. If you get one of these scales, take your time. If you are use to using a nutritional scale, you are looking at one of the best I found, when I was trying to understand how to use it. If this is your first digital nutritional scale you be checking your nutritional intake in no time. I will be adding a brief video, later this afternoon, that will show you how to get started with this awesome health tool. My wife and I have become concerned with the strange additives manufacturers are putting in our foods these days. On the back of every product we purchase there is supposed to be a list of everything in the food item you’re thinking about eating. there is also supposed to be a complete list of nutritional benefits that we are to receive if we do eat this product. That’s why I like this digital nutritional scale. There are several ways that we’re going to be able to take and do a deeper search of what the nutritional value of everything that we picked up is going to have in it. You’re gonna need to make sure to download the app the veSync it runs both on android in iOS. It works for one individual at a time, but it goes through the process. You need to do to add a second or third individual may be wanting to use the scales for their nutritional diet. From what I understand, this is not a diet plan. This tells you the nutritional value of the food you’re eating. I have a friend not the one that has helped me out with this, I don’t think you’ll mind if I mention his name. His name is Rick. He’s about 6 foot 3 in height, and he’s been concerned about his weight. We all joke with him telling him he’s not that big and doesn’t have that much to lose but he’s set on losing about 40 to 50 pounds. Rick did not have the benefit of a digital scale like this. Some of his friend ladies we all chipped in and opened up our little nutritional books and told him what each item he was eating was worth. He became very knowledgeable as to what each food item was worth in nutrition, sugar, sodium all the good things negative things. He also began an exercise routine. He used what is called a shake plate. I didn’t know what that was at beginning and then I began to see what everybody was talking about. He would spend 45 minutes to an hour standing on his shake plate. He was committed to his nutritional intake, his exercise, and by the end of six months he lost almost 45 pounds. In fact, some of the ladies told him that he was losing too much weight he was for his eyes, getting too thin, they thought. So can you take this device that you’re looking at and you combine it with exercise you can develop for yourself a health regiment that will help you lose the pounds you may be looking to lose. Plus it will get you into a exercise routine, which if you’re like me, we all could use. This is probably the best product I’ve had a chance to review on Amazon. I highly recommend this product if you are concerned about maintaining a diet that is healthy and beneficial for you and your family

I purchased this scale thingie to help portion out food correctly to monitor my intakes. So far, I really like it. It is sleek and weighty. Doesn't feel like a cheap junker. I have found the scale to be very accurate and consistent thus far. I like the screen. It's bright and easy for me to read. I haven't had any trouble using the App, and I have had a pretty easy time using the barcode scanner and other functions. I haven't had to do anything about charging it up yet, so I would say the battery life is pretty good, too. I have already recommended this scale to some friends, and I think most would be happy with this product in their own homes.

In April my husband and I planted a garden with five raised beds - three 6x3x2, two 2x2x1, and a nice Improved Meyer Lemon Tree in our backyard. Bed 1, Heavy Harvest, includes zucchini, three varieties of tomatoes (cherry, Italian roma, beefmaster), genovese basil to protect the tomatoes from pests, carrots, cilantro, three varieties of onions (sweet yellow, red, white), and two varieties of carrots (Nantes, multi-colored). Bed 2, Bellflower, includes four varieties of bellpeppers (green, yellow, orange, red), red durango marigolds to protect the bellpeppers from pests, yellow Inca II marigolds, white begonias, red begonias, yellow dahlias, red dahlias, red-orange gerberas, and an incredibly gorgeous purple coleus. Bed 3, Total Kitchen, includes two varieties of strawberries 🍓(quinaults, everbearing, four strawberry patches in total), three varieties of hot peppers 🌶 (habanero, jalapeno, thai dragon, two varieties of gourmet lettuce 😋 (green leaf, red snail), two varieties of basil (genovese, thai basil), bush beans 🫛 (delish), and kennebec white potatoes 🥔. Bed 4, Lemon Balm Mint, includes lemon balm, mint, chives, and Italian flat parsley. Bed 5, Succulents Nod (nod to ancestors), includes four varieties of Succulents (2 beautiful oversized green rosettes, 2 deep red/purple rosettes, 1 centerpiece green and deep red/purple, and 3 deep red/purple mini tree Succulents). It's stunning. We planted alot at one time, for the first time, and our garden is organized, well cared for, and neat. It inspires us and our neighbor. It is a very nice looking garden and we're learning something new everyday! We're in a California Mediterranean microclimate in the SF Bay Area and we've been having fun enjoying the fruit of our labor. By the last week of June, almost everything had its first or multiple harvests, each subsequent one bigger than the previous one in terms of size, weight, volume, and even flavor/taste. It has been an amazing and quite rewarding experience to go from garden to kitchen and the fresh aromas are incredible! The only food products not harvested yet are the Italian romas (tons on the plant though), beefmasters (quite a few fruiting on the plant as well), onions, carrots, yellow-orange-and red bellpeppers because they are still building up to their final colors from their baseline green colors. The hot peppers all have beautiful fruit and their colors are deepening (thai dragon has red peppers already). And of course, the potatoes have not harvested yet, and the lemons 🍋 , although there are plenty already, are still forming to get to yellow from their baseline green color. It's a much, much longer maturing process for the lemons. I share these details because this food nutrition scale has been an instant game changer! I weigh everything harvested to track in our garden log, and I started a new health journey where weighing my daily intake has kept me aligned and aware of my macro and micro nutrients throughout the day, making it real-time possible to quickly adjust up or down to stay on track with goals. Thats been huge! I shed 15 pounds in less than 7 weeks by weighing my intake, adjusting when necessary, and eating straight from the garden. Includes heavier eating days for the June/July holidays. The only downside is you can't save manual entries of food products that have barcodes that arent recognized by the scanner. It wastes your time because it allows you to go through all of the steps to add it, only to fail in the end, and ultimately you can't get your intake recorded. Thats for about 5% or less of my intake items but it is still a downside that should be fixed. Minus one star for that. Also, the measurements saved will often default to the barcode unit of measurement rather than using the unit of measure I select from the scale itself, particularly if I want to go into a particular ktem to uodate or make a correction. Otherwise simple the scale is super-easy to use right away and it has alot of functional and thoughtful features. Having the USB battery source is wonderful and the charge lasts a solid number of days. No blowing through a bunch of AAA or AA batteries, yeah!!! It has several, meaningful units of measure, the most important ones. Having a hold button to keep the measurements visible vs them immediately zeroing out once the food is removed from the scale would be helpful to allow time to view it and write notes if needed. The tare function and ability to keep layering on new items and measurements in the same container by hitting tare as often as needed to start the new measurement from zero is another huge comvenience. I tried about 8 scales, this was by far the best overall. (Excuse any typos)

This is the best scale hands down, it comes with the vsync app so you can take a picture of the back nutrition label. When you weigh your food in the app and use the scale it will give you a very detailed breakdown of what you're actually putting in your body. The only downside is the barcode option if you scan it it won't due grams (which is the recommended method for weighing food) Outside of that it's extremely easy to use for the price and very easy to clean. I highly recommend this product if you're looking for a quality scale.

I bought this for my diet while counting macros and intermittent fasting. The only thing im disappointed about is that I waited so long on deciding to buy it!. The app it pairs to is amazing at recording my intake everyday and makes macro counting and tracking a breeze. I fully believe this was a crucial part of my 41lb weight loss

LOVE this scale and app. I struggle sometimes with having larger plates on it, but it’s still accurate. I love seeing the macros change as I add food. The app has been super easy to use and intuitive. I use it every day. It’s great quality and perfectly sized so you can store it easily. Also very easy to clean!

Good reliable scale.

Overall good scales. I live in Australia and haven’t found the scales can scan a product and pick it up as yet and I’ve had the scales for months. I manually put food items in which is very time consuming but the scales work when doing this. I like that you can record exercise also which calculates my macros, this is my favourite part of the scale. The scales doesn’t measure small amounts very well. But I do recommend this.
