Great Product for low budget
I recently started doing lot of Wildlife and Bird photography and wanted a Gimbal head for my monopod and my tripod to capture the action . This product is absolutely cool to capture action shots and if mounted on a good Tripod or monopod is really sturdy giving amazing outcomes . The weight is alright given that this is not made of Carbon . But, I pair this with my carbon tripod/monopod and result is comfortable moving this with the payload mounted . The only downside was lack of proper bag to carry this with the shipped package . Wish they will add some extra cost and improve this area as the bag shipped with this is really flimsy and of no use.

Loooooove it.
Benro is known for its quality and this one is no exception. The product is solid and has a very good feel and movement. At 1.5 KG, the Tripod needs to be sturdy to fit this. I have a Benro Tripod, therefore it fit very well. Its a perfect fit for my Nikkor 200-500 lens with perfect centre of gravity.Getting the GH2 ready to use is fairly simple.I felt its much cheaper than it’s competitors without sacrificing any functionality or performance. The suppliers also took care of additional packing to the Benro Original box, It was delivered on time and in good condition.

Excellent product 5 star
I am using this gimble with Sirui W-1204 tripod and its the deadly combination. The mechanism is very smooth to handle and can bare weight upto 20kg. Used with Nikon D500, Nikon Z6ii with 200-500mm Lens and 600mm Prime lens. Easy to balance the Gimble and is built like a tank. Its heavy and classy quality.A must needed gimble for wildlife photographers.Amazon delivered it in time, the packing was excellent and got the original product. If you are looking for a good gimble at this budget its the perfect one.

Very good product from Benro. Sturdy and stable. All the knobs are nice fitting and smooth to operate. It nicely holds my Nikon 200-500 and Nikon 500mm f4 lens.

Benro GH2 experience
A good product but one needs a Monopod for friendly use, especially if you are shooting with a heavy lens on the boat.

Fantastic for using with long lenses and nature photography
Solid build, good value for money in comparison to other makes of gimbal heads.Really pleased with my choice, it feels very stable yet has a smooth movement action. It does everything as advertised and described.Would recommend. It is still fairly weighty but I noticed carbon fibre makes of gimbal heads were not a lot lighter yet cost a great deal more

The perfect mid range Gimbal...you will not be disappointed!
OverviewI researched quite a few mid range gimbal heads…and most seemed to have the same drawback…too much play in the joint to adjust swing (the vertical axis) when the tension knob is backed off too much. Not surprising…That was the first thing I checked when this arrived…and it remains nice a solid even with tension knob backed off. This is important since it’s the connection point between the camera and the gimbal head (and tripod)I’m actually using this on a mono-pod…and I love it! I keep the panning locked (no need to pan the head on a Mono-pod) and the tripod ring on the 150-600 Sigma backed of a bit…and the main tension knob…backed off so the camera and lens has full motion…but no unwanted movement due to loose fitting joints. I get full motion and the unit is still acceptably tight. The build quality is very good…no tell-tale signs of poor manufacturing you see in so many low to mid range off shore products.Tip: With a super telephoto…having a battery grip on your camera will provide the counter weight you need to properly adjust the rig to the gimbal, so it’s swings freely but maintains it’s horizontal axis when you take your hand off the camera (otherwise it might nose dive).Pros• Easy and accurate adjustment…with no unwanted play• Excellent build quality• Heavy duty…easily handles my rig (Canon 5DSr, battery grip and Sigma 150-600 SportCons• The bearing on the main adjustment knob (that locks the swinging motion/horizontal axis…is smooth, but a tad stiff. I’m hoping it lightens a bit with use. Either way…still very usable, especially with a heavier rig attached.Recommendation – Would buy it again, would definitely recommend.<---Click below if you found this review helpful--->

Best price, Unmatched Quality!
Benro has done an excellent job at this Gimbal Head!First off, I use this with my Induro CLT 203 Tripod. With a Canon 7d MK II and Canon 5d MK IV with a Canon 500mm f/4 Prime lens. The build quality is very well done. Zero play in any of the parts when locked down. When Un-locked, everything is very smooth and fluid. I cannot find anything that I would change with this Gimbal. While transporting my 500mm lens, This gimbal does not move at all. It only takes a slight turn of the knobs to lock the arm in place. Even when it's over my shoulder.I find it very easy to carry, and with 7+k hanging on it, You need trust in your equipment.Highly recommend this product to anyone that has a telephoto lens. And that's looking for something you can trust carrying several thousands of dollars on.I recently had this photo shared on Benro's page. I trust it enough to have my name on it!
