Does it remove hair from its root? Or just work as a razor without harming your skin?

It's just a depilatory cream so it can't go below the surface of the skin. The benefit is that if you have coarse hair, most dipiliatories won't work but this one will because it is stronger but still gentle on the skin. One of the great benefits of many dipiliatories is that it causes your hair to grow slower so you can go longer in between shaves.

Can you use this on your privates? For a male?
