This is a great basic super lightweight hydration pack. I engage in a lot of outdoor activities and have slowly acquired a pack for every occasion. I purchased this AONIJIE vest because of its minimalist and breathable design. I needed something that would work for extremely hot days as well as for my daytime runs as I tend to overheat easily.It is important to note that there are several different AONIJIE packs for sale on this page and they do not all come with a bladder. I purchased the one without the bladder but knew that during purchase. Some other reviews rate this best lower because they expected the bladder to be included but they obviously purchased the wrong one. I prefer a specific type of bladder mouthpiece so I preferred to purchase just the pack so I could insert my Osprey 2L bladder.Overall I am pleased with the design and really like that I can fit my iPhone and sunglasses in the front pockets, as well as my keys and a few other small items in the other pocketed areas on the vest. It fits comfortably on my petite frame and also washes well. This was definitely a great buy for the price.

Don't buy from Mi Sports - buy direct from AONIJIE.The pack is good but Mi Sports has been spamming me to make reviews for them.So far I've run about 100 miles in this pack and it has become my go-to pack of the three I have. It's a good size - I'm able to carry 2.5 liters of water plus snacks and it still has a bit of room. My other 5liter pack seems smaller. The pack is similar to a Nathan Trailmix or Solomon Agile. AONIJIE makes good gear but is not well known in the US. The quality is at par with the Nathan or Ultimate Direction running packs I've owned. The pack has a lot of adjustment and I expect it would fit most people. Some of the other AONIJIE vest packs can run small but this one is fine.

The storage pockets and clips on the front of the shoulder straps are what set this vest apart from standard backpacks and other-brand vests. Even though it can't hold as much food as a regular backpack, I still prefer this vest for long hikes because of the front pockets. Instant easy access if I want to whip out a small camera or the GPS app, and better protection for a phone than a pant pocket. The Platypus Big Zip Water Reservoir for Hydration Backpacks, 2-Liter, fits in it wonderfully with some room for food. A 5L reservoir will likely leave no room for food.

Works great on hikes. Great price. Name brand costs three time more!!Minimalist design, exactly what I wanted for local hikes where I don’t need to carry too much stuff.Front pocket fits my iphone max x with case on it. All pockets are used for some purpose like keeping lipbalm, small towel, cards and keys etc.One piece of criticism on design of the vest’s hydration pack compartment - hydration baldders with side hanging holes cannot be used. Vest only has center hook-loop to hang hydration packs with center hanging hole. I improvised my old hydration bladder as shown in the picture. I punched two holes in top strip and made a tiewrap loop for hooking it onto vest’s hook-loop.Tube holder is a great plus! I already loged over 200 mile using this Hydration vest.Why pay hundreds of dollars for a running Vest, if you can just choose this one ? It's just perfect. The water flask and the multi storage pockets are my favorite features. Please also be aware that I was able to pack my iPhone XR (no case) in the phone pocket. Overall, it's a light backpack but more importantly it fits very well. This means no bouncing when running. I recommended this product. Like I said over 200 miles and no problems at all.

This was a gift for my husband and he is very happy with it on his long runs (17 miles-ish). HIs only critique is that the pockets don't really fit his iphone in a protective case . . . .other than that it is great for all of his drinks and snacks that he takes with him.

Love this backpack. I’ve had one before and it just rubbed me raw when I ran and this one doesn’t move, but is still comfortable

I do shop a lot in Amazon because I trust descriptions literally and pictures without expecting to fooled by deceptive info written or pictures. Pictures show or makes you believe the water bottles and bladder are part of d vest package. I just my Vest just without any of the added stuff shown in pics -- Sure you could say next time read carefully. But then do I want to continue buying from a merchant with that mentality?

Im trying to return this product due to the fact in the description that it shows a person filling a water bladder, but when in fact it does not come with one which is very misleading to buyers and future buyers, trying to return it is such a problem because they either don't respond or they give you a generic message which is even more irritating. This company does not know how to treat customers and does not know what customer service is and it is very dissapointing to see that even now that there is no actual physical interaction with the customer how poor their customer service is.

Love love it! It is light weight you don’t even know it’s on. Lots of pockets for gels phone and a zip pocket for keys and idea. The bladder is ordered separately which I didn’t know until I got my vest. That being said the bladder is durable and easy to fill.

Perfect lightweight vest to go hiking or for walks. Recommend this item. Holds your water bottle nicely & has plenty room to store small items in backpack.
