I have purchased over 10 pairs of these slippers in last 2 years, 6 for myself while other 4 pairs for elderly in my family. Thanks to my two rabbit pets, they chewed 5 pairs already.Anyways, these slippers are near perfect and provide good support to your heels, specially if you do a lot of household chores standing. The spikes acts as accupunture. They are bit difficult to clean as dirt gets stuck between the spikes. I wish the durability could have been better but at this price point, it's a steal deal.

Acupressure is working but the soles are slippery on tiles.It’s risky to use them inside the house. :(

After some time Rubber (Outer Sole) becomes torn. Need to improve Quality of material

My mom is an absolute fan of these slippers. She has been using them over 5yrs now. They are long lasting. A pair goes on for over 1 year. It gives her comfort has she has knee issues. Provides stability while walking. 100/100 and absolutely worth every penny.

This slippers are not as good looking as shown in images. Secondly its very rough to use as the pressure is very high and you tend to put them off after 5-7 mins use.Good for accupressure for smll time. Even the plastic quality is not that good

The product is comfortable upon wearing and also seems to have good durability. But, the colour I ordered was blue, and instead I received black. But, serves its purpose. My mother is wearing it and liking it.

This slipper is an absolute junk. It’s a very cheaply made product with a heavy flexible rubber. Unsmooth finish with loose plastic pieces sticking out from all around the outeredges of both soles. I wouldn’t wear this even if it was for free. It provides very little support let alone massage. The so called foot massage layer glued to the surface is already detached from the top of one of the slippers. I could go on but I’ll stop... as for their customer service, here is what I experienced, I purchased this item by mistake thinking it was a new design of another brand I buy regularly. Once i checked out, I immediately realized my mistake and contacted the seller to cancel my order. Obviously my request was ignored. The following day I received notice of shipment of order. Once it was delivered I contacted the seller again, expecting a smooth sailing return authorization. To my surprise they responded “this item is not d” ... what??? I guess knowing their product they must be afraid that once they open that gate they won’t be able to stop the flood of returns.
