Quality product...
I have been using these ankle weights for my workouts and Iโm honestly very satisfied with the purchase. The material feels really sturdy and well-made not cheap at all. The stitching and straps are strong, and they sit comfortably on both ankles and wrists. Theyโre super easy to wear and adjust, and they donโt slip while walking or exercising. I mainly use them for walking and home workouts, and they definitely add that extra resistance I was looking for. Overall, totally worth the money. If youโre planning to level up your workouts a bit, these are a great choice!

Comfortable!
What I like most is that the fabric is very soft, so although you have something tightened around your skin with weight in it (that can be uncomfortable enough) it feels very comfortable. The quality is very nice and I feel like these will be really easy to add to my fitness routine.

USEFULfor my knee exercise
Bought these as i have a small tear in my meniscus. I am using the weights around my ankles to do 10 minute swinging exercise that chiropractor john bergman video showed. like traction for knee, OH MY GOSH!. its working great! These weights are adjustable, just what i needed. Glad i purchased and they seem well made. Easy to velcro and adjust.

Light weight for light excercise
These are not heavy, they are comfortable, adjustable and sturdy. I am not a physical trainer, therapist or even a gym person, so I'm probably using them all wrong, but I do these for toning and a bit of resistance training once in a while. I think they work awesome.
