WHOA!!!!
This one shocked me. I can confirm the reviews mentioning tastiness were highly accurate. It was an excellent quality, very tasty bird indeed. Now you're probably wondering what the whoa! is for? That is due to size. I ordered the medium. Let me tell you this thing was the size of a toddler!!! Almost filled the entire oven space. And boy was it heavy. Its parents must have been the size of an Osterich!!! Kept us fed for 3 days. Thank you Gressingham. I already love your duck breast, but now you made me fall in love with Turkey!!! I never thought I would see the day. I used to hate it. Nothing I could do could make it tasty. That has now changed and I will be buying Gressingham again next year. Oh and the frozen when it defrosted was mint!!! Dead easy 5 stars.

Best Turkey I've had. Amazon saved Christmas too.
My mother said this was the best turkey she has ever had. Used Mary Berry's lemon, thyme & butter recipe. Amazon saved out Christmas with this beauty. Left overs from freezer where sooo moist and tasty too. Wished I could by another. Might do if I have a crowd again and its available.

Good size for price
Very large, fed a good 8 people ( 2 children and 6 adults), was easy to defrost all things considered and was neatly prepped for basing and the like. Honestly for a last minute turkey, super amazing.

DELICIOUS
We we’re meant to be going out for Christmas Day lunch. But as the covid clouds started gathering, I panicked and bought an emergency frozen turkey in case we couldn’t leave the house. I was right to panic - my son tested positive and we all had to stay in. (Well, technically the rest of us could have gone out, but I don’t have the kind of money for the therapy my abandoned son would have needed.) We had this and it was honestly the tastiest, juiciest, loveliest turkey I’ve ever had. My son probably would have agreed if he could taste or smell it. Really really nice. Gressingham- you saved our Christmas!
