Vent-Axia VA100XP

This is a neat unit. I particularly like the shutter which closes the front of the unit off completely and prevents back draughts, Fitting was relatively easy even though it replaced an old extractor.Not noisy and clears the air well in my 10 x 7ft. shower room.

Excellent and easy to install, however there was no fixing kit i.e. screws, wall plugs with the actual fan.

Bought Vent Axia extractor fan with pull cord switch. Very pleased with my purchase. It has a built in shutter for keeping unwanted droughts out when not in use. It is very quiet. Would heartily recommend this item.

A direct replacement for a previous similar fan that failed after over 25 years of use, and apart from the wiring being in a slightly different location it was easy to take out the old one and replace it with this. Good value too.

Bought and fitted lots of these units over the years. Not the cheapest fan, but they do seem to work forever. (I know of one fan I installed that's been working in a bathroom for the last 20 years.) This supplier gave the best price and prompt delivery. Recommended.

Product easy to install. Pity, though, I had to get the one with a pull cord. I have had to tuck it out the way so it isn't fiddled with!

Switched OFF mains. I replaced a vent=axia 100 with a new vent-axiaVA100XP, no problem, four screws out and two wires out, fitted new fan, replaced the four screws then carefully replaced the two wires, checked wires were tight replaced cover.THEN switched on mains tested fan great no problem, i'm 74, a overall handyman,mind you my dad was a sparky, and I picked up quite a few things from him.Thank you Amazon for a quick delivery AS usual no problem. The Vent -Axia fan I replaced was 4 or 5 years old fitted in a bathroom.

Easy to install, pull string version is perfect for us.Very quiet compared to other fans we have used.Great movement of air, mirrors do not steam up anymore, even with a bath full of hot water for a few hours. Has fixed our condensation problem.
