When I didn't see any sign of wears and tears after 2.5 years I was confident to buy this one (4ft) about 5-6 months ago.It's easy to install if you have a drill machine and an automatic screwdriver - I did it myself.Pros.Full Stainless Steel construction including the screws! So no rusting.Easy to install (this is relative, you may need to call some help)Very easy to open and collapse (see attached video)Nice finishing - looks great on wall when collapsedCons.Installation instruction can be betterThe up and down orientation are not obvious - I have seen people installing it in the wrong wayThe longer ones (4ft +) don't feel as sturdy as the small ones. The pipes seem to sag in the middleOne suggestion would be to buy two smaller ones instead of one very long ones (5ft+) if possible as the long pipes seem to sag a bit.Overall I am happy and my wife really likes them. I have recommended it many of my family and friends. They are also happy users.

It fits into our balcony exactly and also good for drying towels and small items. The folding technique is superb and works well. While fitting take care to align the side fittings to the wall exactly vertical since a little variation might look odd, though it works. Even my carpenter has slightly erred in fitting to the wall.

Really good product quality. The collapsible mechanism is simple and works well. One suggested improvement is to allow variable angles. Right now it's just horizontal or vertical, nothing in between. Options for 30 degrees and 60 degrees will make it more useful.

The product is very good and sturdy. Assembling is a little tiresome, particularly in fixing the pipes in the frame holes properly. It needs patience and some skill. Assemble it keeping the frame on a wad of newspaper or cloth padding to avoid scratches. 12 screws are provided to fix the pipes with the frame holes but just 4 on the corners are more than enough. Material and measurements are exactly as given.

Good item

Product is good but light weight, however need to see how long it’ll last. As mentioned in description it’s SS so ideally should be rust free, but it’s too early to say anything. Due to light weight, at times you feel that SS rods might bend, so need to be careful.

Outstanding product for homes with limited space to dry clothes. Bought it after researching lot of options. This is the simplest ,the best, very sturdy, and occupies minimum space.
