To increase battery life, the massage gun is set to automatically shut off every ten minutes.

Q: Does it include a bag or pouch?

Yes. There’s a small fabric pouch that fits the massager and the attachments .

Q: Where can I order replacement massage heads?

Directly from the manufacturer (Renpho) probably

Q: Is it allowed to carry on into the airplane?

I have no idea. But it's small enough to go into your luggage. Call TSA and ask. We put ours in the regular checked baggage, with no problem.
