Body Glove Case for iPhone 7 & 6/6s, ShockSuit Black/Charcoal

UPDATE, SEPTEMBER 2016 (OVER A YEAR AND A HALF LATER):I still have this case and it is still one of the best things that has ever happened to me. It is not scuffed or worn or chipped or falling apart... and I drop it DAILY. And I don't mean it slips out of my hand while I'm sitting down and falls to the carpeted floor, gently. I mean, I drop it violently on the concrete and it tumbles end over end a few times, several times a day. This case has been amazing and I tell every one of my friends (or anyone that will listen) to get it. The clear protective cover that goes over the screen is a little scuffy, but nothing so heavy that you can't still see perfectly clearly through it. I added new pictures (the first 3 are the original) to show the exact condition of this case a year and a half after purchase and using it 24/7- it has never come off. I even took a picture of the lock screen so you can see how the scratches affect the view when the phone is on and lit up. My phone does not have a single scratch or crack in it and looks brand new. The case itself, as you can see, looks pretty darn good too!ORIGINAL POST, JANUARY 2015:There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this case. I had been using the Otterbox Defender series for my iPhones 4 & 5 and loved the protection they offered, while hating the bulkiness they added. I read so many reviews that said Otterbox missed the mark with the iPhone 6 cases in the Defender, so I was hesitant to buy one since they're not exactly cheap. I searched and searched and searched and read reviews until I thought my eyeballs would dry up and I finally settled on this Body Glove Shock Suit. I wanted something that would completely surround my phone and have a thin protective sheet/layer over the screen, with a raise front face to recess the screen. I didn't want to have difficulty hearing or have port issues because pieces didn't line up right or chargers and headphones wouldn't stay in or go in correctly and all of those other complaints that people have with crummy cases. This case fits my phone perfectly and snugly. It doesn't jiggle around inside and everything lines up so that nothing is covered or uncovered if it shouldn't be. The side volume/mute button, the headphone jack and the charger port all have flaps that pop into place snugly and stay put, but aren't impossible to pull out to open. The volume buttons are covered and are not hard to push, the home button and both cameras have ample room to operate, the speaker is not covered and are all recessed enough to stay protected. The case itself is sturdy and rugged, but not sticky or slippery. It's MUCH slimmer than an Otterbox but offers the same protection. I drop this thing 9 ways to Sunday every single day, and my 3 and 5 year olds play with it as well, and I don't ever worry about what kind of beating it can sustain. It is truly the best case you can buy for your money and it's not even in the high end of case prices. Buy it, buy it, buy it and there is no way you could possibly regret it.I took pictures of my actual phone with the screen on (the first 3) so you can see how recessed the screen is and how slim it is overall.

I bought myself the brand new 6S back in September. Well a month later I cracked the screen on new phone. I had a cheap silicone case on there that I liked, but after that accident, I wanted something with a little more protection. I have heard good things about Otterbox so I got the Commuter series. It was way too slippery due to the plastic outer shell plus it didn't fit my phone as well as I would have liked. Someone suggested I try Body Glove so I went with the ShockSuit.This case has a nice weight and feel to it. It seems like it will hold up well to drops, and it also has a nice grip. I don't feel like I will have to worry about the phone slipping out of my hand like I did with the Otterbox. The only real complaint is the built-in screen protector. I'm not a fan of screen protectors anyway so I just removed it. It is easily removable, and it leaves no residue behind. I feel there is enough protection anyway without the screen protector in place. The only other small complaint is the corners seem just a tad bit loose, but overall I think I will enjoy this case.

I do have to agree that the screen protecter is pretty horrible and scratches badly but I took it out which was fairly easy and leaves no residue behind which was awesome. I used my uppercase tempered glass as my screen protecter which which fits amazingly. I really cannot stress how great the quality is. Everything is beautifully finished off and thoughtfully designed. The buttons are pretty okay to press and the ports are extremely useful to block dust. Has a lay on the table design. This case is extremely worth it and has a similar texture to the MagPul field case which is extremely worth it as well if you're finding great quality affordable covers. The difference is that this is dual layered and offered more protection. Overall I would say this is underrated and should definitely be more popular than otter box because in my opinion is the best case ever, equally great as magpul.

This may be THE perfect case for the iPhone 6. A friend had it, and I looked around at others in stores before ultimately deciding to just order this one for myself. Comparable iPhone cases that include both a front and back protector are going anywhere from $50 to $85 in stores. This case's built-in screen protector on the front side eliminates the need for a peel-n-stick one (which never go on correctly) and I haven't had any issues at all with it interfering with the touch screen. The case is made of a plastic that is soft enough to give you a good grip on the phone but not so soft that it's going to be a dust magnet. It does not add a great deal of bulk or weight to the phone, either. I have not yet dropped my phone, so I can't speak to how well it protects against impact, but it has reenforced corners that look like they would do a good job in a fall. If I had one minor quibble with the case it's that it's sometimes a little bit tricky to get the flip-open cover that protects the charging port back in place after charging, but that's by no means a deal breaker. This is a great case for the money.

Bought this for my girlfriend, she normally breaks every phone I give her, even with very sturdy cases (think Otterbox and the like). So I bought that one thinking it would last only a month but it's been more than a year and even tho the front plastic cover is scratched like hell, the phone is intact!

The case is fine but it comes with its own screen cover which gets smudged all the time.

I like the look of this case, and I've had the shocksuit on an iPhone 4 and it was great. The only thing I wish this one had is something over the home button. The hole in the cover there allows dust to get under the screen protector.
