Works great ! And itโs homeopatic, a plus !
This product works great. I donโt have that loud ringing anymore. Sometimes a low buzzing or even silence. I love itโs an homeopatic product. A good advice is to drink 2-3 liters of water daily, and to avoid caffeine and alcohol (which dehydrates you). Water is key in Tinnitus because dehydration can affect the inner earโs fluid balance and blood flow.

Really helps!
For me, the ringing in my ears was awful! Been using this now for a coupleof months & the buzzing is minimal now. It doesn't cure the noise, but it sure helps to quiet it down so you are not distracted.

A helpful product
Iโve had tinnitus 10 years. Recently during the worst and almost unbearably loud flare-up ever, I tried these drops. I found some relief after using several days. Itโs not a cure-all and/or immediate fix by any means. They did lessen the intensity of the noise in the ears, with daily use 3-4 days in a row.

Does not work not worth the money
This is great packaging but unfortunately, it does not work. In fact I felt like I had cotton in my years these past couple of days I followed the directions and nothing I would not recommend buying this product because it does not work.

Great nouse product
Use it for the nouse which immidiatly gets decongestant and fluid free.

Worthless - you might as well use water
The product is exactly as described and the seller was perfect. However, the product is worthless. I used it for 2 days as described. Things got worse. I was dizzy, my equilibrium was now messed up. I contacted the company directly and was told that after 2 days I should discontinue use and see a doctor. I asked them to stand behind their product and they denied any type of refund. Its not fair to return a useless product to an Amazon seller after its been opened... so I'm left with no solution. Don't waste your money on this product.
