Slighly misleading
The listing leads you to believe that you're clearing a good 1200 mg of omega-3s from these capsules, but that's not the case. It's closer to 750~ish. To get the 1200 that my doctor recommended, I'd need to down at least two of these giant horse pills. Yes, they are soft gels, but dear lord are they freaking huge. Honestly not sure that chia oil is somehow superior to flax oil if it means horking down a pill of this size.That said, the pill quality itself is solid. The soft gels are filled completely to the brim, with zero air bubbles. The packaging is pretty decent. However, if you're using a pill counter to remind yourself to take these daily, you're going to need a mega sized desk top pill counter. Yikes.
