Great Buy!!!
I was worried that this wasn't going to live up to my expectations but it has surpassed them on most counts.First off it is very sturdy as stated in previous reviews and very fast. I weigh about 190 and it lives up to its name. It is pretty good on inclines at my weight. The only real hill I have been able to try is a steep dirt road and it couldn't take it with my weight but easy to walk it up if you just use a little juice from the scooter. I feel very comfortable going on most terreain as long as its not too bumpy or mushy( for instance sand or mud). I may not be used to the scooter yet but it seems to take quite a large area to make a turn around so I have been using my foot to help make sharper turns.I have only went about 2 1/2 miles on it and it was barely getting to the half charge. Which is pretty good since I was going off rouad, up and down hills. An earlier review had made comment about the brake system. Although, I do wish the brakes were a bit better, I also realize that they are on the fron wheel which could lead to the scooter flipping over at top speed or going down hill if they worked to well. It does pick up speed very quickly on down hill runs where you can definately surpass the 15 mph and the breaks nor letting off the power is enough to slow you down if you need to make a quick stop.Over all I gave this scooter 5 stars because of the price. I used my Amazon card and received 20$ off and went with the super saver shipping (ordered on Wednesday adn got here on Tuesday) so I ended up paying #159 + tax. Every other scooter I looked at weighed more and was quite a bit more and only had a went a few miles longer. I would have to go to a scooter that cost about $500 to make any real improvement over this one.For my ideal scooter of this type (not considering price) I would have to give it 3 stars. My ideal scooter of this type would weigh much less, be more manuverable with higher speeds and have a much longer running time. But I am not sure that I could get all that even if I paid 10 times what I paid for this one.

13 yr old grandson loves it!!!
When putting it together it is really helpful to watch youtube video for E450 eZip or the 400-- the 400 was even more helpful because of a closer view. If this 70 yr old granny can do it anyone can. Very helpful also to read what everyone else had written about it. Helped me decide what type of scooter to buy. I couldn't lift it out of the box, way too heavy, so I opened up the end and rolled it out. Took me about an hour or so to get it together and then charged it overnight like they said. It climbs the small driveway hill really well... didn't expect that from others saying it wouldn't do so well on a hill. He's had it about a month and so far it's really great. Came in original box and packed really well. Don't forget to register it. I had to call customer service about one little detail and she registered it for me right then and was very helpful.

Sturdy, but lacks quality
Reason for three stars: quality. Overall the scooter is great, but we've had two issues with it. 1) the bearing on the front wheel started going out just a couple of months after we bought it, and 2) the throttle comes apart. The company was good about being willing to send us a new front wheel, but it's been two months since we talked to the company about getting a new wheel and it's going to be another two months before we (hopefully) get a new wheel. In the meantime the scooter works, but the bearing is getting worse so I'm not sure how much longer it will last until it gives out completely. The throttle issue is more annoying than anything. So long as the handlebar grip stays on tight, the throttle mechanism stays together just fine. But if the grip starts to slip a little...and I mean a little...then the throttle mechanism will fall apart and not work. It's not hard to put back together, it's just annoying. So before my kid gets on to ride it he makes sure the grip is tight and we haven't had an issue since. We had one other electrical issue (scooter wouldn't turn on) that I solved by just taking all the electrical components out and then putting them back in. Not sure what that was, but it hasn't happened again...so I'm crossing my fingers. Like I said at the beginning, it's a decent scooter, but the quality is lacking.

Great product and good speed!
nothing really to say.. but my 13 year loved it.. Speed is great , I think the only we have had thus far is the handle bars, we have to continue to tighten them up every few rides...
