I've Been Won Over
I wasn't really sure what to expect texture wise from these, and was a bit surprised to find that they are super chewy. I also had expected these to taste amazing for what I paid for them, and that's simply not the case. These aren't horrible, but I definitely can't eat them plain (I tried it plain just to see what it tasted like alone). I decided to spread some cashew butter & coconut cream on one as a treat, and that was definitely extremely tasty. But with that being said, I suppose that I could spread those 2 items on just about anything to make it taste good. They are a nice thickness, as both of my items spread easily on them, and they NEVER offered to tear. If you are looking for something to replace flour or corn tortillas, I believe that you'll be sorely disappointed with these. If you're looking for something to use as a veggie or fruit wrap, you may in fact like these. If you're getting them to spread tasty nut butters and such on, you also may like these. Just know that they are extremely chewy, and are very pricey per serving. UPDATE: I wasn't a huge fan of these, straight from the gate, but after using these now for some odd weeks, I've really grown accustomed to their unique texture, and they don't seem as chewy to me now, as what they initially did. I also really like the flavor of these, and have used them to wrap egg salad with, as well as my nut butter/coconut butter snack wraps. I didn't initially think that I'd purchase these again, but now I'm quite sure that I will. When you're avoiding grains but want something to wrap your tasty treats in, this can quickly become the go to wrap. I'm still not fond of the price, so I use them sparingly.

A surprising find! Very welcome addition to my lifestyle changes!
This was a really great purchase. They might be expensive but when you can't have processed carbs these are a great alternative to always having lettuce leaves. My biggest crave of processed carbs is likely the tortilla. Needless to say I jumped at this. I found it on the Add-On for a whole lot cheaper than Amazon otherwise offered it but I want to find out if it's available locally. Maybe it'll be cheaper that way. The taste: I can taste the coconut and it is mildly sweet. To me however neither of these are a problem. I love coconut and mixing sweet and savory can lead to amazing meals. I'll have to experiment with these and see what they're capable of achieving. Though I think these would bring a welcome tropical flavor to pineapple-glazed chicken. Yummy! The texture: These oddly remind me of fruit leather. They can be a bit hard to get off the sheet simply because the backing sticks well to the back of the wrap. Just remove it carefully and you'll be fine. The texture is a bit weird but it doesn't bother me. I'm a foodie: I can get over it. The flavor is much more important to me anyways. Overall, I am really happy with this product. Though it can get a bit soggy if you wrap moist items in it. Just like any tortilla might be a bit soggy depending what you wrap in it. These wraps however are pretty darn durable and very flexible. If I can find a local source of these I'll be keeping them in my pantry year round!

Disappointed
I am not pleased with these wraps. When I first purchased them in 2016, they were very tasty and made of coconut. The wrap was white/creamy color but this brownish, with a weird shape is not what I thought it was. I planned on ordering this every two weeks to always have what I thought I would but I got very disappointed to see that they changed it. The each wrap is the size of your palm with all your finger wide opened. The shape is not circular (and it may be because they're "handmade"). Important to mention that an omelette of three or two eggs is bigger than the actual wrap. You feel like you're eating tissue paper. I would not recommend this to anyone. They're not as good as they were before.

Gluten free, low carb and tasty!
If you need to be gluten free, this is a wonderful alternative with the added benefit of being low carb. The coconut flavor is subtle and delicious. The wraps are thinner than typical wraps which I find easier to work with and to eat. While these wraps are not inexpensive, Amazon has them at a lower price than I can find in other places like Whole Foods and my local grocery store. The wraps come in other flavors, and I have tried the turmeric ones. Also good. I was looking for a gluten free wrap but I am also trying to keep the carbs down so this product is perfect. You can find them at Julian the Baker's website, but they are less expensive at Amazon and if you spend $35 or more on your order (of eligible items) there is no shipping charge. I think people will find this a delightful addition to their gluten free kitchen. But even if you're not gluten free, these are a delicious low carb wrap.

The are the best tortilla alternative I've seen
There is one place in town that carries these wraps and they over price them. When I saw the two pack for a decent price on Amazon, I jumped at it. These wraps are a great alternative to tortillas, of which I fight my addiction to. The ingredients are very simple, non gmo, vegan, and paleo friendly. After I open the wraps I keep them in the original package and then in a gallon ziploc. They keep very well over a long period. One of the nice things about these wraps is that they are bendable. I was using alternatives such as ezekiel, but they were always dry and broke or when you made a burrito the folds would tear and you end up with a drippy mess. These have a definite coconut smell, and light flavor, but i never felt as though it could over power any of my food. I recently made chicken fajitas, and wrapped them in these. It worked great. The flavor was good, and though I could small the coconut, I really didn't taste it. The burrito held together even with the fajitas and the guac and hot sauce. I love these wraps and now keep some at work, in my camper, and of course at home.
