Dented, Used Product Sent – Does Not Retain Heat as Expected
Very disappointed with this Milton Stellar 5-litre jug. The product arrived with visible dents, which clearly indicates it was not a new item. It seems like a used or old stock product was sent. The jug was manufactured in May 2024 but delivered to me in January 2026, which is unacceptable for a product being sold as new. Performance-wise, it does not keep water warm for more than a few hours, which defeats the purpose of buying a thermal jug of this brand. Overall quality and heat retention are below expectations. The seller should ensure that only unused, dent-free, brand-new products are delivered to customers. This was a very poor buying experience and a waste of money.

Totally recommended. The RO in our house was high and not reachable by kids so bought this. The water remains clean and water temperature is constant. The tap is smooth. Worth the money. Easy to use

This item arrived in a really damaged package. I ordered early for my daughter's wedding. It did not keep the coffee hot for long at all and the spout leaked all over. Very cheaply made...definitely not worth 75 dollars!
