So far so good, As of now we have only used it for keeping cool water by putting ice It keeps water cool for a considerable amount of time. Water gets consumed before it gets the chance to get hot. Infact it stays cool for even longer like may be 14 to 16 hours

Dented, Used Product Sent – Does Not Retain Heat as Expected
Very disappointed with this Milton Stellar 5-litre jug. The product arrived with visible dents, which clearly indicates it was not a new item. It seems like a used or old stock product was sent. The jug was manufactured in May 2024 but delivered to me in January 2026, which is unacceptable for a product being sold as new. Performance-wise, it does not keep water warm for more than a few hours, which defeats the purpose of buying a thermal jug of this brand. Overall quality and heat retention are below expectations. The seller should ensure that only unused, dent-free, brand-new products are delivered to customers. This was a very poor buying experience and a waste of money.

Not a good item
This item arrived in a really damaged package. I ordered early for my daughter's wedding. It did not keep the coffee hot for long at all and the spout leaked all over. Very cheaply made...definitely not worth 75 dollars!
