Needs improvement
I am using this product for the last 5 years. The major problem is with the low-quality zip used in the product. The other problem is with the cover of the ice pact. It gets worn out very fast.

Useful during travel
I used it to keep my mother’s insulin pen and refills cooler for a long road trip and it worked perfectly fine. You have to keep the gel packs in the freezer overnight and next day it is ready to keep your temperature sensitive medicines cool for at least 6-8 hrs.

Poor quality product. The zipper broke on the very first day. When I tried to return it, the app didn’t allow the return and instead asked me to contact support for the return process. I was never able to reach or contact them either.
