Q: If this doesn't preserve long, what about freezing portions in ice cube trays? Would the texture be bad if mixed into coffee?

This product does not freeze! I found out the hard way when my container (which I purchased in December 2016) had an expiration date of January 2017. I tried to freeze it in ice cube trays and it did not freeze, and also resulted in a huge mess in my freezer when I accidentally upended the tray a few days later. It turns out, a liquid with that high of a concentration of sugar cannot freeze at the temperature of a normal freezer. Who knew?

I use to work at Starbucks. 3 pumps for 8 oz (tall), 4 pumps for 12 oz (grande) and 5 pumps for a venti.
