It is not a cure, but it sure calms the pain down for a while.
I have been diagnosed with carpel tunnel, surgery did not stop the pain or the tingling. Sombra is my go to when my hands flare. I take a dab and rub it on and at first I think it is not working 😔 but then after it dries and a few minutes have passed I realize it IS working! It calms down the pain and on me it reduces the swelling. It Reminds me of my grandma smelling of absorbing Junior as a kid, but not exactly, it does have a strong smell and it does feel warm when you put it on. It last for a while because I forget about it until it stops working a long while later. I have put it on my knees and my wrist when I overdid and it helped greatly. It does not leave a greasy feeling, it is a cream but absorbs like a gel because you rub it inand there is no residue. I purchased the smaller size because I didn't want to spend over $10 on something that doesn't work, it works and a little goes a long way, next time I am ordering what ever size cost less per ounce.

Waste of money
This product doesn’t get warm at all. Has a slight smell but it quickly evaporates. Does nothing for arthritis pain. Would not buy again or recommend.

Easy to use, also stink free, with a nice smell too
I tried a lot of creams, sprays, Gels, etc, this Sombra cream is the best I have tried, great functionality, the cooling effect eases my lower back, the warm helps my knee and shoulder pain, I also use it in my ankles, I am so glad that I found Sombra, I have already ordered another 2 jars. Easy to use and apply.

Does not have any warming/numbing sensation ingredient to help with nerve pain
So for me, this product did not work at all. It didn't even help just a little bit. Bio-freeze at least helps for at least 30 mins. I bought this in high hopes that it would help my feet. Anyone with neuropathy knows just how painful it can get on top of your feet always being cold. It said it has 2 ingredients that is like a warming effect but this product clearly doesn't or doesn't have enough of the menthol and capsaicin because it didn't get warm at all for me. I even applied it on my neck and lower back and it did nothing. Maybe it may work for others with minor pains but for severe pains this clearly isn't strong enough and a waste of money
