plug&play!
It came a day early. Was boxed nicely, and all the cords etc were with it. I ordered a 120 gig Kingston Sata 3 ssd card along with it for $21.99, and put that into it before it ever was powered on. I'm using it now to write this review. It mounted right up to the back of the tv with the included bracket. Once I powered it on, after putting the dongle for my keyboard and mouse in the respectable places, it immediately fired up Cortana, and I went through about a 15 minute process of putting in my email and creating passwords, getting texts and emails with confirmation codes....the typical process...It helps to have internet connected for a fast setup. It took about 15 minutes, and then this thing was ready for use....my next thing to do was connect to bluetooth...my stereo I use for my netflix etc....That was super easy. This thing sounds better and has a way better and easier on the eyes image than my laptop produced through my tv. I notice that my internet (wifi) seems to load pages slower than it does on my laptop, and Hulu lagged so bad I skipped over to netflix, and while it loads just a bit slow, it plays well....I'm not sure if it's a got a weak connection to the wifi or if it's the unit itsself...I will find out though, something tells me if it were closer to the source, it would load pages faster.

Compact replacement for my bulky old desktop
I purchased this mini PC to replace my aging desktop. It a powerful computer in a compact size. I use it primarily to browse the web and access cloud services, such as Office 365.I am kind of a neat freak so I hate to have clutter on my desk. This mini PC is so small and compact that I barely notice it. I also like how portable it is. My old desktop was big and bulky. When I cleaned I had wrestle with it just to move it out of the way. This mini PC was a lot easier to pick up to move.It is also really quiet. My old desktop had a hard drive that was very noisy. This PC doesn’t have an old fashioned hard drive, so it is much quieter.I was a little concerned about the memory that was available but i was able to work around it by using a USB hard drive for documents that I wanted to store a local copy. This mini PC is ideal for users that have limited space and don’t have room for a bulky desktop. It is ideal for users who use cloud services and don’t require a lot memory to store documents and files. That being said it’s data storage capabilities can be expanded by using portable storage.

Don't buy this mini PC.
After the window of a possible return had closed my ACEPC T11's USB 2.0 ports all went off line. They still get power but they are effectively turned off by the driver. The manufacturer is Realtek and unfortunately the Realtek drivers are not available, at all. If you want the Realtek drivers you are forced to download malware and then they want you to pay for the drivers but it's just a scam. The driver update software doesn't do anything but take your money. Fortunately the USB 3.0 port still works but gee, it's almost as if ACEPC had planned this. The USB drivers are not available of the ACEPC site. Also, this mini PC, when given a difficult task, like running observation cameras, will run very hot. Also, the drive bay on the bottom side of the case is a USB 2.0 slot which means that it no longer works because the USB drivers are corrupt. I have reset the PC to no good effect. Don't buy these mini PCs. They are junk.

Acceptable as a Media PC
I was looking for a simple yet powerful enough PC to run Plex on. I have an extensive home movie collection and I wanted to be able to access it without any hiccups from my Fire TV stick. So far, this mini-PC has been getting the job done. It has enough RAM to keep my 1080p (or larger) movies running without buffering. I have a 2TB external hard drive connected by USB 3.0 and it's wired into my router with an ethernet cable. I like that the size is small enough I can just hide it behind my desk, forget about it, and access it only when necessary. I wouldn't use this PC for much more than I am using it. It would be great for a kids 1st computer if they just want to access internet, or do some basic computing. It definitely isn't capable of handling any intense gaming or graphics. So, before you buy, consider what you're buying this PC for. You may need something with a little more kick.

Came with malware, slow in general
Like some other reviews have mentioned, my unit shipped with Chinese malware on it. I thought no problem, I'd just reset windows 10 from scratch, and re-install the drivers. That didn't go to plan, as the drivers were not automatically retrieved by Windows and the drivers on the AcePC website didn't return the non-functioning devices to a working state. After struggling for a bit, I installed the image file from the website/forum and got it back to its original state, but the image fortunately is malware-free. This was probably a more complicated process than needed, I'd recommend just starting the PC in safe mode and uninstalling the program with Chinese characters, then running a scan with Malwarebytes.Once I got it working, I have been less than impressed. I got it as a DIY smart TV. The PC runs, but is slow to perform any task. It can stream 720p content ok, but struggles with 1080p youtube videos, usually stuttering and maxing out its CPU. It's slow to load most web pages (even with an fast Ethernet connection). If you don't mind the slowness, this PC might work ok for you. I've been on the fence about returning it.

Pay attention to quality
Extremely disappointed with this PC as I'd researched pretty much all of them and this one stood out. I've had to return both my original purchase and the replacement for separate reasons. The first worked ok for about a week and then suddenly my VGA monitor couldn't connect to it, after lots of monitor troubleshooting and replacing the cable, I didn't have any choice but to return. I choose however a replacement model which arrived used, fingerprints all over it which I didn't even bother hooking up and had to return. I'm dubious that there's much quality control as this shouldn't happen twice. My advice is to check your PC carefully because now there's 2 used models floating around.
