A very good quality Ethiopian coffee
A very good quality Ethiopian coffee. Beans were fresh, or at least not stale (as you get in so many mass produced coffees), the flavor and aroma are really good as well. I used this to make espressos and lattes, and it holds up to that strength well.

Old, tastes bad.
I've had other light roast from this brand and I remember enjoying it - but this Ethiopia blend tastes awful. I'm not sure if it is just extremely expired but it smells like nothing. There is barely a hint of what you would expect coffee to smell like. It smells more like cardboard. The taste is very acidic and biting. I keep trying to find an organic light roast that doesn't cost a fortune and this one ain't the one.

Bright and Delicious for pour over
This one really as a pour-over. Clean, bright flavors with a hit of fruit that makes it super refreshing. Definitely one of the better light roasts I have had highly recommend if you like pour over

The batch I received is not very flavorful
This bag is lacking in the fruit and floral flavors that this Ethiopian is known for. There is almost no aroma which is surprising for a medium roast. It has a slight citrus flavor and almost no sweetness. I've been using an Aeropress with it and I may try using a pour over method to see if I can extract some goodness out of these beans. I'm a little disappointed because Groundwork has a decent reputation.

My favorite coffee
I’m a big fan of Groundwork’s coffees. I started off with “B tches Brew” and as I started to move away from darker roasts I tried this blend. This coffee has such an amazing flavor. After taking a sip, you’re left with a tiny hint of cherry/cranberry taste. A lil journey on my tastebuds with every sip! I will continue purchasing this blend for now.
