Poor packing, product is crushed and delivered is worst condition.Able to unscrew and fix the outer body.Also inner coil wirings were in contact and forms molten red during heating, detached them with screw driver.Other than this product is working fine as expected.

Don't risk ur life
I will never buy any orpat appliances in future. I was using this heater then suddenly it got fired up on my table ... It starts burning. I barely used this heater for 3 month that's also it didn't work perfectly, I would say please don't buy this garbage it will keep ur room warm but at the cost of ur life. Please don't use this garbage at night , I am lucky that It happened to me during day but can also happen at night. Now their customer care service is pathetic like it's an Indian brand he would give some special care but no it's worst than ever they even don't pick the call always says busy . For what you all are giving me the warranty of 2 years .. never even buy this garbage, please don't risk ur life
