This is not your average bathroom scale — it’s a high-tech smart scale, and like any advanced device, it does require some learning. I’ll admit, at first we were a bit confused because we didn’t fully read the instructions. But once we properly connected it to the app and had it set up, everything started working perfectly. I like how it points out exactly which metrics of my body need the most attention. The data is pretty easy to read and I compared the data to our gym scale (much more advanced scale) and it turned out to be pretty accurate and on point. The app is a must! It shows all the detailed body metrics — not just weight — like body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, hydration, and more. If you skip the app, you won’t be able to read all the other data except for weight and a couple more. I wouldn’t recommend this scale if you want to track ONLY your weight. One of my favorite features is the large surface. It makes it super easy to stand on, especially for my dad and brother who are both tall and big guys. And lastly, a little hustle—in order to have your data synced to Apple Health, you must actually go to your Apple Health App and authorize the scale App, otherwise the data won’t sync because Apple Health doesn’t recognize the scale App. Overall, this scale is amazing value for money. Just remember — it’s smart, so treat it like smart tech. Learn it, use the app, and you’ll absolutely love it!

Seems okay but the weight keeps going back and forth even when on a strong, level surface and not shifting.

We love this, no need to bend over to the floor to pick up the handle for the BMI measurements. Super easy to assemble and holds up to time and use. Wireless, charges with a USB cord and the charge lasts forever. The app is a little wonky. Name on the app has no association to name on the scale so easy to lose track of on your device. You have to wake up the app everytime you weigh yourself to get your vitals but it’s well worth it for the information this provides. Takes up no more room than a regular floor scale except that it needs to be about 3’ away from the wall when using the BMI handles so your arms can be extended (a requirement). I just slide it out away from the wall- super light. Multiple people can use it and record their vitals but it has to be on your app on your phone, which can be a bit of a pain. Will buy again for another home we have.

Highly recommended!!! This product has made my life so easy. It is like you have your private lab at home, of course you shouldn’t expect it to be as accurate as a lab report, but it gives you a pretty close to actual idea. App works great and allows you to choose the unit of your choice (lb or kg). I wish they had navy blue color but black is great too. Results are fast, almost 30 seconds and you have it all. My most fav part was to figure out how much fat is in my body and in which parts. The scale quality is great and pretty comfortable to stand. So overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.
