Happy I found these place mates. They are well made, clean up easy. They look nice on table good for any season or decor. I bought the neutral color, they don’t stain & I like the price too. Happy with purchase

I will give it 5 stars because the complaint i have is probably my own fault. But debated the 4 stars. They are smaller then I expected them to be. Because if I would have really paid attention to the picture and dimensions... well ya.. that being said... wish they were bigger to fit a glass on as well. Its a bit tight. They seem to be made very well , hopefully they will last over time. I like the feel and look of them. I got the charcoal because it was $10 cheaper then all the other colors. Thought that was odd. They are a tad pricey. But it was my favorite anyway. Anyway. Would recommend. Look nice for everyday or a special occasion.

Overview: I have a small breakfast nook table for my elderly parents to eat on and I wanted to find a placemat for it so it can catch crumbs to protect the table top and I came across this product by BARTHKIT. Negative(s): -Cleaning -Non-slip Do any of the negative(s) affect my overall rating and/or recommendation? Yes. I knocked off a star due to a couple of concerns I had with these placemats. These placemats have the same texture on both sides which has shallow grooves. I think this makes it non-slip but also makes it a little difficult to wipe clean. Dirt wipes off easily but you have to apply a bit of pressure to get in the grooves. Also, whatever the material is seems to stay wet as you can see in my photo after I wiped it with a slightly damp paper towel. As I mentioned, the grooves seem to make it non-slip but it's not like immovable. It does slide a little bit but less than other mats that are made out of fabric. That's what I really wanted out of placemats and it works in that regard. I also needed placemats that were one the smaller side since my table is only 23.5" x 23.5" so it's just right for that. I do like the round edge design, which makes it look unique compared to standard rectangular placemats. I haven't tested its heat resistance but I have placed hot plates on it and have one under my airfryer and it seems to withstand that level of heat without any issues. Overall, if you're looking for some good quality placemats that are smaller in size and more non-slip than other types/styles of placemats, then these could work for you and I would recommend this product.

The placements come as advertised and are sturdy and attractive. That said upon the use, they seem to reflect food spots or grease spots which are not necessarily easy to get out. Presumably if you stay on top of it and wash them regularly, they will stay looking like new.

Placemats are very nice and thick too. Well satisfied.
