Great product, challenging delivery, Spanish plug!
Firstly, I must say that this product is very good and it has helped me to maintain my 'Covid19' Fat Marine Core look.However, when ordering this item you might have to wait until the turn of the next Ice Age to receive it. I originally ordered these clippers on 9th May and to my surprise I noticed that it would be shipped from Spain. Ok, no big deal, Spain isn't that far....... or is it.The chosen courier was UPS which I now believe stands for 'Unbelieve Pile of *#%&', my god they are useless. My hair clippers embarked on a European Road trip including numerous locations in Spain, France, Germany and UK before eventually arriving in Guernsey 18 days later!At one point, UPS in France had no idea where Guernsey was (Google maps must have been down) so they sent them back to their starting point in Spain!!!Given that we have all been in lockdown, it is very upsetting to know that your hair clippers are seeing the world whilst we are stuck at home hoarding bog roll and drinking commercial quantities of alcohol.So, the exciting day of the delivery, and some miserable ape passed me the parcel without so much as a 'hello', 'how are you' or 'sorry for the unbelievable delay'. The icing on the cake was I opened the parcel only to find that the charge was made for European plug sockets....... awesome!!!In summary, great product but by the time they arrive you are likely to resemble Hagrid ;-)

DIY at your own risk
Bought it during COVID due to hairdresser closures. Had some dodgy haircuts. Seldom used since.

battery dead after 3-4 uses
got it while pandemic hit us , used few times and now its broken .not 100% sure but the battery must have stopped charging at all , other than that very easy to use while it was working

Faulty Power Switch
I ordered two of these by mistake - only meant to buy one. The power switch on both units was faulty - couldn’t switch either of them on hence my lack of rating for the other questions above.The review forces selection of at least one star for overall rating. In this instance I couldn’t even give one star as the product was unusable.

Ordered a new product and received a used one full of someone else's hair, iam not impressed but desperate as I have waited 3 weeks for delivery so my hair was ready for a cut clipper worked okay after a though clean but not happy
