I've suffered from acne breakouts my whole life. I get them very badly for two weeks a month and they usually leave my face scarred. I'm talking the deep, painful ones that compile together and once they reach the surface you realise they are 2-3 combined into one. I bought this expecting it to not work, like every other product I've tried. Or to make the acne come to the surface. Or irritate my skin. But none of those things happened. Instead, this diminished the acne with each use. It's not a miracle cure but the improvement is noticeable and my skin barrier didn't dry out on the affected areas. I'm very impressed and I'll continue using this to see if it prevents it before it gets worse (unfortunately I started using it after the breakouts got very bad). It's a targeted solution so you add it after your usual night routine on the acne spots and let it dry. It has no smell and won't leave marks once dried. Overall, impressed from my few uses so far.

I was astonished at this tiny little tube of cream! Having had great skin all my life I’ve been battling with breakouts, dry skin and redness on my nose in my fifties for months now. My sister pointed me at this and I bought it without much hope but wow! Used nightly for a week now and it’s amazing. Somehow seems to get to work healing the skin barrier, stopping the flakiness and reducing the redness. Most surprised. Long may it continue. Thanks!

Mixed view, after loving the Byoma range and using it daily I thought is try this. Yes it lessens angry spots, but like other reviews it did make me get more in the same area. Won’t be buying it again unfortunately

Started to get spot when I was post menopause and found this product helpful when I had outbreaks - helped to fet rid if the spots and also took the redness out if the spots so not so obvious I reviewed and changed my routine to stop the outbreaks but I keep this product on standby just in case Do need to be aware when a spot has got to the stage when it needs an antibacterial treatment but before that point this works well

This cream has worked to be honest, did take 2 days to start seeing results. It blends out so it’s quite discreet on the face and I wouldn’t say it’s sticky at all.
