Seems great so far. Muscles have bulked up significantly and I just took first dose 20 minutes ago. The creatine will go directly into your muscles making them swoll

Creatine is one of the few supplements that has plenty of science backing its use. I always tried and struggled to take creatine mono powder but it always made me miserable because of how my stomach handled it. Found some Creatine HCL gummies at the store locally and tried them. It went surprisingly well but the price was way too high. I ordered this from Amazon and got all of the benefits of the HCL I found locally without the cost per dose being nearly as high. Will probably stick with this Nutricost HCL as long as it is available at a reasonable price.
