Why design a full 304 stainless Steel Spiralizer? Is it more valuable than a plastic one ?

For my personal, i will choose the full 304 stainless steel spiralizer. Firstly, the price is not much expensive than plastic one; secondly the quality is much better than plastic thing. You can use it for long time than the plastic, especially for over one year passed, the plastic surface will change yellow and dirty, hard to wash and clean. Just my personal idea as your reference.

Hold the rod and turn the handle counterclockwise and it will undo the nut on the end

Most likely. This is the best spiralizer I have ever owned. And I have wasted money on 4 others.

How do you store the blades?

I chose to buy this one because WEIERTU US seller wrote that "there is a blades drawer in the bottom of the slicer". The one I received today did not have a drawer in the bottom of the slicer. Now I have to decide whether to keep or to send back.
