Good product in very user friendly dispenser bottles.

Homeopathic medication comes in small, round pellets, and these are no different. Directions say to dissolve 5 pellets under your tongue, but that's not the only way to take it (use dosing and plussing). Works if it is matched properly to the condition. My only problem is the container itself. Like most tubes, you twist to get a pellet. This brand's tube is really difficult to twist. Pretty annoying if you're trying to get multiple pellets out. Next time I'll just pay the extra for Boiron, which works flawlessly.

Did not help my urinary incontinence problem..Had to resort to traditional medicine

I suffer from awful menstrual cramps and grossly heavy bleeding, to the point that I am often doubled over in pain. As soon as I know I have started my period, I start taking 2 Sepia tables, every 8 hours, and my bleeding has been substantially lighter, and the painful cramps are near non-existent. I swear by this stuff, and I'm so grateful I can feel human again during my time of the month.

I have great results with Sepia and was happy to see it available on amazon. However this brand's cap is more difficult to rotate and cracks easily compared to other brands. Seeing as this is a key component of releasing the pellets it was problematic to the experience.

I really think this works to relieve pms symptoms, especially if you want to avoid midol, etc.

This product significantly helps with my bloating, and moodiness around that time of the month. Love this stuff, as do people around me at that time haha!

Love it!! Shipping was fast and the product is awesome. Started feeling changes within a few days (not typical). Can't wait to add to my homeopathic library.
