Alright. I have psoriasis. I have tried ALL sorts of psoriasis shampoos and castile soaps. Products with sulfer, charcoal, tar. Most of them calm the itching, but dont make an actual impact. I tried Selsun shampoo years ago and it made it much worse. But I didnt know the key. Its conditioner. After trying this again it has almost completely eliminated the dead skin, redness and itching. Pair this with something like Cereve anti dandruff hydrating conditioner. Its working for me after years of trying different things. 10/10 would recommend

I love how I spent $100 on a bottle of shampoo and really all I needed was some good ole selsun blue for my scalp woes. It worked when head and shoulders simply looked the other way. I just use twice a week alongside my other expensive shampoo that I refuse to NOT use, and I have no more scalp burning or itching. No visible dandruff. And my hair feels great. The menthol is such a nice touch! Great smell if you like menthol.

I bought this shampoo last year because my dermatologist recommended it. I was going through a period of dermatitis and had a lot of dandruff and sores on my scalp, in addition to losing a lot of hair. And this shampoo changed everything. Now I only use it once a week, but my dermatitis hasn't returned since the treatment. I really recommend it if you're going through something similar. The only thing that's a little annoying, and that's why I gave it 4 stars, is the mineral smell that lingers in your hair once it's dry, but it's a minor detail that doesn't change my opinion of its results.

I used Head & Shoulders and T/Gel and they didn't really solve my dandruff problem. When a friend recommended Selsun Blue to me, I checked it out and it worked phenomenally. when I would swipe my hand on my hair so much dandruff came out that it looked like it was snowing. Now I dont think I have any dandruff. I use it like twice a week. Would definitely recommend

With 1% of Selenium Sulfide Selsun Blue was, is and always will be a winner. I have been trying different formulations of other brands but two things keep coming back: Dandruff and myself for the selsun blue. It does not make your hairs brittle and keep the moisturized. Safe and medically approved ingredients, with maximum scalp dosage is a big plus. Neither thick nor too runny and have a perfect consistency. Please always follow the instructions of massaging it a little and then keep it in the scalp for sometimes. Leaves my hairs silky and manageable, bouncy and off course dandruff free. I love the fragrance and it is a nostalgic. Reminds me of old times of my college when Selsun blue fragrance will take over. Love everything about it.

Smells rly bad to only me when applying, no one else can smell it so I guess that's fine. This thing however did miracles on my hair and helped fix my dandruff almost within a week of using it.

I use it for fungal acne in the face and it works wonderfully

Been using this a couple weeks and noticed a real drop in flakes, scalp's way less itchy too. Lathers up fine, medicated smell isn't too overpowering and rinses out clean. Doesn't leave hair feeling stripped or dry after washing either.

Good product

Selsun Blue' nun bu kadar etkili olacağını beklemiyordum. Hem kepek hem kaşıntı sorunuma çok iyi geldi. Artık gönül rahatlığıyla siyah giyebiliyorum.
