Bad Product compare to Price.You have given me a fake product & wire with it. Which doesn't work properly and not charging also Please change the product & wire . Purchased/Delivery received in Last week of April 2018

Not working properly...Cable stopped working..Powerbank is having a weight more and upto 2months it worked very well after that..it is not at all fine..

It stopped working the next day after I received it, don't you have such a thing as a quality check ??! I complained about it and your collection agent came and by the time I could come down to give it to him, he disappeared on his bike ( within 3 minutes ! ) Repeated immediate calls were not answered by him. The product is still lying here. You call this a service .??!! Verify the same.

I got this on 13 april 19 at 999rupeesIt got charged fully after 8 hrs as discripted.I start charg ing my mobile (Lenovo k8)from 40% at 2nd port 5v&2.5A still it show 3 hrs to get completely charged .......low output? Or wrong description. Then It Discharged quickly. Another time when i start charging it after nearly 6 hrs it still show 2 led light blinking but when i connect to phone it show 4led (Ayla jaadu#koi molgaya) so for money saftety i dicide to return it and buy mi 20000mAh at 1500 rupeeThough it was at good price 999 rupee, charged quickly but it fail to satisy output levelBut one thing seller had given proper discription that every power bank doesn't give rated output there is change due to efficiency,resistance,heat loss etc that make me feel good about seller

It's totaly chit you. Acctualy it was a bellow 10000mAh power bank.I give full charge this power bank, in the same date of purches.And I examinet this poewr bank charge capacity. It's can't fully charge my phone 2600mAh battery. After 2 times full charge and 3rd time approx 80% will be done, then my new this power bank faildown.

This is not working baught it last month, I have spoken to the customer service. They confirmed to pick up the non working power bank in 24-48 hours almost a week ago no one has contacted me even after a 5 days. Kindly do not buy this and waste your money. Pathetic product and horrible customer service. Till today no one has contacted me from lapgaurd.power.bank company. Its better to buy a branded one with less mah for same price. Will not recommend any one to buy this horrible brand

This power bank does not have capacity to even charge an IPhone 11 Pro Max twice after being fully charged . I asked for replacement of original product received and found the replaced product to be more worst . For sure the replaced product is Also not new one as it has scratches and is clearly evident From inspecting it closely( must have been returned by some customer like me ) . This company is just exchanging the returned products between customers on name of replacement .It’s a simple wastage of money . Better to purchase a power bank of 5000 mA capacity from some reputable company . This is totally a useless product which does not seems to have capacity of even 5000 mA .
