Broken part ever replaced!
It’s been since June and the broken log that was shipped with the unit has it been replaced!

Great source of instant heat!
The heater works well and the installation went according to the instructions. There is a small dent on the front left side of the heater but we installed it rather than attempting to return it. I gave it four stars instead of five because it was obvious that the dent was present before it was packaged. It should have been caught by their own quality control.

Bad customer service!!
The heater is really nice but didn’t work correctly. Amazon will not pay labor to have replacement installed even though the product is tore up!!!! We are not happy and may return replacement too. So, if you want a pretty wall heater, it’s nice. Hope it doesn’t tear up because you will be out a lot of money for labor if it does!!! Very unhappy!!!!

Oops, broken log.
My fireplace arrived Friday while I was at work and when I unpacked the item on Saturday I found that the log was unusable, broken completely in half. I really don't wish to spend the time or money to return the entire unit. Do I need the log to safely use this item?

Need to know basics, excellent price.
For the money, wallabing! Husband who does home carpentry installed gas line and fireplace in five hours. It works great, and is a great price. You have to use some common sense easy step by step directions aren't there but pictures are. Gas took forever to get to product (10 min.)

What a Great Little Fireplace
This Fireplace does a great job of heating my family room in the basement of my home. It looks nice, lights easily and puts out a lot of heat! However, I only gave it four stars, as it being ventless, also cause moisture to form on my windows to the extent that I have to run a dehumidifier, which I have never had to do during winter months.
