i know nothing about makeup but my girl likes it.

Leaves a nice finish on the skin, definitely holographic. I love it, it's my second time purchasing this product. It can be used as highlighter or finishing powder. Side note, a little goes a long way.

Do not buy this if you wanted a ferice pop of color on your cheeks, this is a shy shy shimmer at best and after a few dustings it develops a blushy candy pink tint.This reminds me of any other finishing powder that has some illumination quality boasted. Which confused me, this is obviously loose powered shimmer glitter, how on earth does it do a finishing powders job minus a heavy illumination when its not even white powder?! So confusing how it ends up this shy hint of glitter on my face. Not what I was expecting at all from a loose shimmer finishing powder!This is more of a very fine single coat for daily wear then what I wanted it for originally. I thought it would add some exciting highlights to a fun night out makeup, or at least some multifaceted all over shine. The way I'll end up using this is by applying another finishing powder then lightly dusting this over to finish. Will not be buying it again, but I what I have I will figure out how to use.If you want a dramatic look for highlighting invest in the NYX DUO chromatic illuminating powder, color comparable to HALO is twilight tint. It's like this loose powders crazy sister for how beautiful the color pop is and it does not leave you with a pink blushy tint when you layer, it is a super pale silver blueish...like moonlight.

Such a beautiful setting powder. I hope they don’t try to discontinue it.
