Great quality with superior customer service
"Top grade materials used in this product. They really helped relieve the strain on my firearms, hands , and biceps during back exercises allowing me to isolate the back so much better and relieving the issues I was having with strained forearm and bicep tendons. The buckles hav to b readjusted a little between each set but the quality of padding keeps them from digging in when lifting heavy. I have edited this review from my previous because I contacted the supplier and I cannot tell you how impressed I am with their dedication to satisfaction. They truly set the mark that all companies should try to achieve when it comes to customer satisfaction and quality improvements. They really understand the importance of the consumer appreciation and for that I give them the full 5 stars and if there was a 6th star I mite soon award it to them for their continuing effort. Watch for this companies new products and give them a shot. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

UNSAFE, DO NOT BUY!
I just had these fail on barbell shrugs. I am lucky they both ripped otherwise my right shoulder would have dislocated at best. I was doing shrugs with 315 and on rep 10 the left side hook tore completely from the wrist wrap, as it was falling it ripped the right side off as well (thankfully). These work fine for about 5-6 months which is how long I have owned these but they will eventually fail, I am very lucky I wasn't injured but if I were you I would not risk it. Picture attached.

Fantastic - this is my second pair.
These are great - they make lifts possible that would otherwise and unnecessarily be limited by grip failure. I use them for stiff-legged deadlifts and standing dumbbell calf raises so I can focus on the muscles to be worked and not worry about grip. I've also used them in the past to do deadlifts with a trap bar and at times for lat pull downs and seated rows. This is my second pair: I used my first pair until they wore out. I bought that pair in May 2014 and used them a few times per week every week consistently for 2 years. I probably didn't need to replace them just yet but the coating on the hooks was starting to tear on the edges so I decided to go ahead and get a new pair. I definitely got my money's worth from the first pair.I had another brand several years ago that had much narrower hooks. These CrownGear lifting hooks are far and away better than that other brand. The full-size hooks provide great support and confidence. The support on the wrists is really good and I've been using them lately to do hanging stretches from a pull-up bar - I can literally just hang without using my hands at all. I highly recommend these to anyone that wants to move heavier weights for those exercises where grip atrength shouldn't be a factor.

Great for the price but....
Comfortable, well made, and does the job. Wouldn't recommend if you have small wrists. I wouldn't by any means say that I have small wrists (I'm 6'1" 220lbs) and I still come about 1/4 of an inch from them being too small and having to over lap the comfort pads. Also the hook itself is a little long and I'd prefer it turned into the hand for a more secure feeling. They'll definitely help you get the last of your pulls though when your forearms are giving out and won't cause your wrists to hurt like other hooks or straps I've tried. I give it 4 stars due to the loop for the strap (the buckle is what I'll call it). It's not rounded off which makes it difficult to tighten the wrist strap with one hand. I have to push the buckle down with my fingers and pull the strap simultaneously to get a really snug fit.

These are a very good product. I only have a couple hundred pounds ...
These are a very good product. I only have a couple hundred pounds on the bar, but the finger strain is all but gone. I do agree that a couple lines of instruction would be nice, but I had the hooks on and in use in less than 5 minutes of examination. I have had some experience with Velcro and buckles on SCUBA, etc.The loose strap end is passed through the open slot of the buckle and then pulled through until the hook cuff is snug on the wrist. The strap is never pulled completely out of the buckle again. The hook should be placed in the palm of the hand to preposition the hook before tightening the strap. Once in place and snug on the wrist, the Velcro is pressed against the cuff for a solid retention of the cuff. The strap, when new, is a tight fit through the buckle, and some see-saw motion of the strap will help it slide through better. The straps need to be pretty snug so they cannot slip over the hands.I can fully recommend this product, and am very pleased with it.
