Is this phone lightning fast? No. It's also one hundred dollars no contract, not five or six hundred. As for the comments about the phone being small: yes. It's small (judged by phone standards... it's still not "small"). It's one of the few small phone options available. Not every phone has to double as a tablet.

Single core phone. Performance very bad bad. Maybe single core was enough about 3 years ago when this phone came out, but not with latest apps. Disappointed and I do think it's too small.

Hello people. I was left with no choice but to write this review as this phone is nothing but crap. I purchased this item late last year and to day is all sorts of problems. The phone is extremely slow, the screen doesn't respond to touch more often than not, the keys just type for themselves without me pressing the buttons. I have to lock and unlock the screen over and over to get the self-texting to stop before I can do what I have to. I have not downloaded any additional apps except whatsapp. Most of the memory on the phone is free and yet still I get all this crap. I am sooo disappointed with this item. Please do not fall victim to this crap like I did. Your money can be much better spent elsewhere. In addition to that I whatapp the contact number that they provided for after sales service and no one had the courtesy to respond. When you talk 'poor customer service and product', this is the absolute 'perfect' fit. Extremely disappointed customer .

This phone is smaller and slower than other product with same price like Mote e.

I'm new with Samsung or Android, I was always an iOS girl, mainly because my iPod touch and iPod nano always worked very well for me. I recently bought this phone because I hadn't any smart phone and my beloved iPhone was very expensive for my budget. So I decided to pick a Samsung phone among the huge range they have (which is a positive thing, of course) and this phone fitted my requirements very well. It's compact but it's 3,5" screen is big enough to easily read or write, at least for me. The design and white color gives it a neat and classy look that I adore. The Android 4.4.2 works very well and have a lot of features and details that are very well appreciated. The only thing that makes me unhappy is the fact that Tweeter sometimes can take minutes to load (minutes, could you believe it?) and I do not find any reason for this behaviour. I've only had this phone three weeks, but till now, so far so good.

Delivery was excellent 5 stars for efficiency , however I can't rate this product since I purchase it to give it as a present in a couple of months . Once I verify at that time works well I will rate it or return it

Phone could NOT retain settings for receiving DATA over the Cell Network, constant re-setting and losing settings, Cricket wireless had to re-set settings all the time.Ridiculous!!!
