Airwrap Co-anda2x Multi-Styler and Dryer Straight+Wavy in Ceramic Pink - International Version

I purchased the Dyson Co-anda2x just under a month ago, and it has suddenly stopped working. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me as soon as possible to resolve this issue. Under UAE consumer protection law, I am entitled to a remedy for a defective product. I therefore request an appropriate resolution, whether that is a repair, replacement, refund, or any other remedy applicable under the law. I look forward to your prompt response.

La compré desde octubre de 2025 y puedo decirles que es la mejor dyson que he tenido! Mi cabello es muy lacio y fino y me estiliza como yo quiero durándome el peinado 2 o 3 días obviamente aplicando productos, se las recomiendo ampliamente.

I feel like it needs no explanation, it’s a Dyson air wrap, it’s awesome. Everyone thought I was crazy to spend so much on it, and for real it’s a lot of money, but I’ve wanted on for years, and years, and finally put money aside for it. Just in-time for this cute new pink color too! Super easy and straightforward, very lightweight so my arm doesn't really get tired, also love that you can change and customize settings to your personal needs. Dries my hair in half the time it used to take. Love it! For all the girlies who feel like it’s too expensive to ever buy, save up ! It’s for real worth every dime. Once it’s yours, it’s yours.

I had high expectations for the Dyson Airwrap given its reputation and premium price, but my experience was disappointing from the start. During the first use, it stopped working and showed red flashing lights indicating a fault. I followed troubleshooting steps, letting it cool for over an hour before trying again, but it still wouldn’t work. I then cleaned the filter as instructed, even though it was brand new and had only been used once, so there shouldn’t have been any buildup or blockage. Despite following all recommended steps, the issue wasn’t resolved and the red flashing lights continued. I ultimately had to return the product. Overall, this was very disappointing, especially considering the high cost and the level of reliability expected from Dyson.
