Hi, I am not sure what you are looking to cut. I use it to develop eyebrow tint and for that I add a few drops to the tint.

Can it remove a mole that has appeared for years?

I have checked the lipsalve itself and can’t see any date on it. They just come loose in a small bag so no card to check.
