It's a little expensive, but everyone enjoyed it at my 3 year olds birthday party. It's pretty cool.

Difficult!
These are not self inflating. You have to take them to your local grocery store to inflate with helium or buy a helium tank. The balloon itself is super cool but to get it to levitate you have to use their hundred billion weight stickers they send along with crazy instructions. I tossed them and opted for a weight to hold the balloon.
